Cutting Out the Night-time Bottle Feed
Hi Helen

Bastian, my thirteen months old son has a bottle of gruel when I settle him for the night, and I guess it is time to cut out his night bottle feed - but how do I do this?

A typical daily routine looks, as follows:

06.15am: he wakes up
07.00am: oatmeal cereal in the daycare
07.30-08.30am: morning nap (he is quite physically acitve and still needs his nap)
09.00am: morning fruit
11.30am: lunch, rye bread snacks with meat etc.
12.00pm-02.30pm: afternoon nap
03.00pm: afternoon snack

I pick him up at 03.45pm

05.30pm: dinner (he has the same as the rest of the family)
06.00-07.00pm: bath
07.15pm: 180 ml of gruel, I settle him for the night and he falls asleep as soon as he is laid down in his bed. He sleeps thorugh the entire night ...

How do we cut out the bottle of gruel?

Best regards Camilla
