Dear Lone

Breastfeeding can make your periods irregular. I strongly suggest that you use contraception in case you do not wish to get pregnant again. I recommend that you use condoms which will not affect the breastfeeding. You may also contact your GP or gynaecologist and get a contraceptive coil that releases hormones to reestablish period flow and regularity.

I hope this is helpful, and I wish you and your family the best of luck:o)

Kind regards,

Helen Hansen
