Swimming Pool - For How Long?

There are no rules as to the length of time for a bath in the swimming pool. It depends entirely on the bathing temperature and the weather. Since it is warm and wonderful summer weather where you are it is alright to let your son stay in the water longer than half an hour at a time.

By bathing temperature for children I mean the temperature of the water in public swimming pools, where the water is sometimes 26 degrees Celsius which is very very cold for a child, but the correct temperature for professional swimmers where the temperature of 28 degrees Celsius is too warm.

The temperature of 28 degrees Celsius is cold, but ok for adults, should they stay physically active all the time while in the water.

29 degrees Celsius is probably the absolutely maximum temperature for a public swimming pool, but the minimum temperature for an aqua dome.

30 degrees Celsius is ad adequate temperature for an aqua dome, but too cold to a real hot-water pool. Children at three years and older can stay in the water without being too cold, but would not enjoy as if the temperature was 32 degrees Celsius. Children younger than three years tend to freeze a lot.

31 degrees Celsius is a little too colod for a hot-water pool.

32 degrees Celsius is the minimum temperature for a how-water pool and children under 3 years of age should stay physically active all the time in order not to get cold.

34 degrees Celsius is the best temperature for children under 3 years of age.
