Does he get enough Milk?
Hi

My son is 7 months old, and has been sleeping through the night since he was 4 months old. He refuses to feed from a bottle and as I have to start working again soon I have to bring the breastfeeding to a complete stop. However, I worry that he does not get enough milk. He daily routine looks, as follows:

Morning 06.20am: breastfeeding
Morning 08.00am: cereal (powder) with fruit, water from a cup
09.00am: morning nap
Lunch 11.30am-12.00pm: Cereal or vegetable pure with meat/fish, fruit, water from a cup. He has just started to eat some bread with cheese spread.
Early afternoon 02.00pm: avocado or cereal with fruit, water from a cup
Late afternoon 04.00pm: Natural yoghurt, some fruit or just fruit and water from a cup
Dinner 06.00 - vegetable pure with meat/fish and fruit
07.30pm: breastfeeding

As you can deduct from the above, I do not breastfeed him that often anymore, and he does not want formula from a cup neither from the bottle. What do you recommend me to do?

Best regards
Lisa
