Red Chin Rash

Hello again

I hope you will be able to help me once again.

My daughter sometimes get a red chin rash which I treat with chlorine hexidine powder, but it does not seem to work.

She is salivating quite a lot and gets very wet. I change her bip very often. On top of this, she also has a fold in her chin which often keeps the chin moist.

What can I do to make the rash go away?
