Hi Helen
You hear a lot about vitamin D deficiency in many adults. Is it possible to prevent my daughter from developing vitamin D deficiency by giving her a vitamin D supplement as I did when she was a baby? I give her a multivitamin supplement with calcium, as she does not want to drink milk. Is there anything else I can do?
Best regards
Charlotte
