We are all thriving in general, the twins and I.
However, my foot has been swollen for about a week now (I am almost 27 weeks pregnant). My foot started to become distended as the weather got warmer (we live in Malta). The temperature is a little lower now, however, my foot is still swollen.
It does not hurt, and I have not hurt my foot or leg previously.
Can I take a diuretic? What else can I do to relieve the swelling? Lying down with the foot up has not had any effect.
