Hi Helen
First of all I would like to thank you for a wonderful website, I find your advices and articles very useful:o)
I am ten weeks pregnant, and I feel extremely tired all the time. I do realize that it is quite normal to feel tired while being pregnant, and I see to it to get/take as often as possible, although the nap does not seem to help! I have/take an extra iron supplement daily - doctor's advice, and I also have a cup of nettle tea every now and then. I am usually very energetic ... what should I eat and drink to get more energy? My nausea is easing off and I hope to start to take exercises again:o)
Until now I have not had any bowel problems, however, now it seems that I have hard stools .. what can I do to cope ...?
Best regards
Sara
