Is it Time to Skip the Morning Nap
Hi Helen

I have a quick question. Could it be that my daugther is already ready to skip the morning nap? She has never slept much during the day and does not seem tired. She sleeps from 8.30pm to 7.00-8.00am, and lately it seems as if she no longer needs to sleep before 11.30-12.00am. The problem is, however, that she only takes a 45 minutes sleep each time, as always. One nap only does therefore not seem enough ... and the time of her second nap is therefore very late.

Do you have any suggestion to a day routine we can make work. I would prefer not to settle her earlier as my husband is not home from work before 6pm.

Best regards
Pernille
