Assistance on a Sleeping and Feeding Routine
Hello again :)

Things are working much better now, we have cut back on the night feeds to only 3 feeds and have established a daily routine that seems to work fine. The only problem is that he gets overtired in the eveningen, as I cannot get him to sleep in the afternoon. Settling him early for bed (i.e. at 06.30pm) does not seem to work.

Should we change our daily routine, which for the time being looks as follows:
07.00am - good morning - breastfeeding
10.00am - breastfeeding and settle him for a 1 hour's sleep
12.00pm - lunch (cereal with fruit pure + breastfeeding)
01.00pm - settle him for a nap (1-2 hours), sometimes go for a stroll
03.00pm - breastfeeding
05.00pm - dinner (vegetable pure + breastfeeding)
06.40pm - night ritual + breastfeeding
07.30pm - settle him for the night

What is the recommended hours of sleep for a 5 months old baby? Should the time where I breastfeed him be deducted from the total hours of sleep?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Regards
Alex
