How to Help Your Baby Sleep Through the Night
Hi Helen

Once again we face problems related to Alberte night's sleep. She started in the daycare two months ago, in general she is a happy and thriving child. However, for the past month or so she has started to wake up at night crying and being very unsettled. She refuses to take the pacifier which leaves us with no other solution than to give her a bottle of formula (150 ml). Sometimes she wakes up several times at night ...

We usually offer her a bottle of gruel (250-300 ml) when we settle her for the night, however, we do realize that it is time to cut down on the bottle feeds ...

Regards from an exhausted mother
