Hi Helen
I have a question regarding sleep.
It is always with great interest that I read your excellent sleep and feed routines, but I find it hard to understand whether I should wake up my baby??
Our son can easily sleep 3 hours during the morning. According to your routine, should I then wake him up or would it be better that he regulates his sleeping pattern on his own?
Usually, we pick up his elder brother at the kindergarten at 2.15-2.30pm, which means that his sleep will be interrupted. I would therefore like to know whether it is ok to let him sleep as long as he likes during the morning hours in stead?
Best regards
Mother of a baby boy
