Pregnancy and Salty Liquorice
Hi

I am 20 weeks pregnant and have always been addicted to salty liquorice. My husband and I are on holiday for 3 months and have just received a supply of liquorice from back home from my sister who is worried that I eat too much liquorice.

It sounds as if I eat a lot of salty liquorice every day, in fact I eat maximum 10 pcs. a day. I do know that it is not the most healthy to eat, but it is my only "vice"

Otherwise, I eat healthy, I do not smoke or drink alcohol, I have skipped the coffee and cut back on the tea - how harmful is salty liquorice to the baby?

Best regards
Sara
