Formula in the Food - Is it enough?
Hi Helen

I hope you enjoyed the Christmas Holiday. Happy New Year.

I have a question related to formula.

Matthes is now 6 months old, and as suggested in your day routine sent to me, he should have mother's milk of formula in between his naps during the day. My question is whether he should have it in terms of fluent milk, bottle or breast?

If I give him 100ml of formula in his cereal and pure for lunch and dinner, does he then still need a bottle feed before his afternoon nap?

If I am sure that he gets the milk he needs, but part of the milk is given to him in the cereal, pure, is it then ok?

Best regards
Lea
