Vegetables
Hi Helen

My daughter does not want to eat vegetables. She usually likes potatoes and broccoli etc. if mixed with some sauce or dressing, now she only accepts sauce prepared from pork gravy.

She eats meat, and to make sure she does not only have meat, I often offer her a piece of bread which she likes very much. Naturally I start offering her potatoes and vegetables, which usually are trown on the floor:-( I do not like that she does not eat the healthy vegetables (she eats well during the day, i.e. oatmeal cereal with banana for breakfast, slices of rye bread with cold meat, fish, vegetables etc., snacks like yoghurt and plenty of fruit.

Her appetite in the evening varies from day to day, I would prefer, though, that she does not only eat meat and bread.

Do you have any good advices for meals for dinner?
