Dear Helen
Christoffer is now fifteen months old. He is a well thriving boy as regards feeding and sleeping with hardly no problems when he is settled for the night.
We would, however, appreciate very much whether you could give us some kind of trick to make him sleep longer than to 04.00-05.00am in the morning?
He is settled for the night at 07.30pm when he is usually tired. We read him a bedtime story, we sing him a song while sitting in the rocking-chair. He is usually still awake while being settled in his bed, and he falls asleep on his own at approx. 08.00pm.
He has only one nap during the day at 2-3 hours. Although being A-persons both of us, it would be wonderful whether he would sleep until 06.00-07.00am in the morning.
We can only come up with one solution, i.e. to cut out his day afternoon nap, which in my opinion seems very early at his age ...
What is your recommendation?
