Hi Helen
I have a question for you regarding sleep.
My five months old son is settled for the night in his own bed. He is very restless, before as well as after he has fallen asleep. I have tried to hold his arms and legs until he sleeps tight, which seems to help. What do you recommend, should I settle him and then leave the room for him to fall asleep on his own?
I would also like to know whether it is safe for him to sleep on the side instead of on the back, as I worry about cot death ...?
Best regards
Nina
